Key Order Form

Restricted keys will only be made to systems that you have control over – if you are not the signatory for a key that you’ve ordered, FT&T may call to advise you that you cannot order that key. If there is any problems with this order – FT&T Security Locksmiths will contact the recorded signatory to request further information.

Restricted keys will only be cut on receipt of a written request from the signatory of the key system.

The paperwork will need to be signed by whomever is requested to pick-up the keys. Proof of identity may be required at that time.
