Our
Guarantee to you
FT&T uses modern well-maintained and regularly adjusted
key duplicating machinery to copy your keys.
We recommend that all keys duplicated should be checked
in their locks before relying upon them.
We guarantee that all keys will be cut to within industry
acceptable tolerances. Some keys, which are very worn, and
may themselves be on the upper or lower limit of acceptable
tolerances are excluded from our guarantee.
Where keys are produced from a code supplied by the customer
we will guarantee that the key we produce will be true and
faithful to that code.
Any keys, which don’t work, should be brought back
to the originating workshop for checking. FT&T will re-cut,
replace or refund at their sole discretion.
If it is required that a Locksmith be called to outside
premises to check or fit a key FT&T has copied, the customer
agrees that charges may be applied. Whether charges are applied
is the sole decision of FT&T. The attending locksmith
will decide if the error was in re-producing the key or if
the lock was to fault, his/her decision is final.
FT&T Security Locksmiths cannot be held responsible
for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense
suffered by the customer that may have resulted either directly
or indirectly from the services provided.
