Services we provide for home owners / tenants:
Keyless entries:
Lost or stolen keys? We can let you into your house, cut you new
keys, re-key (change locks to a different key) or change the locks
on the spot, depending on your circumstances.
Installation:
Just purchased a house? We can come out to you and upgrade your
old locks or install door locks, window locks, patio bolts, sliding
glass door locks, anything you need to secure your home.
Keying alike:
For your convenience we can re-key all locks in your home to be
on one key. There are many advantages to having one key for all
you locks, the less keys you have the more likely you are to put
them in a purse, handbag or pocket rather than leave them on a bench
or table.
Many people see one key as a disadvantage, saying "If that
one key gets stolen, then they can get into everything" what
most people dont think about is, it is exactly the same as losing
your bunch of keys!
Master key systems:
For the more security concious, a house can be master keyed. In
a family situation, the parents would have the master key that opens
everything, where-as the son/daughter may have a key that only opens
the back door, and if you give a neighbour a key it may also only
open the back door or similar.
The advantage to this is that if the son/daughter loses a key, you
only need to re-key the locks that their key works, rather than
the whole house!
